Refund Policy

Try Cuecite on the Free plan first: it has no time limit and covers one workspace of your documents. If a purchase still doesn't work out, here is how refunds work.

BYO License

Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason needed. The license is removed from your account when the refund goes through, and your Macs go back to Free; nothing in your workspaces or sessions is deleted.

Monthly plans

Paid by card, cancel at any time from Billing on cuecite.com; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and doesn't renew. Paid with QRIS, a month ends by itself unless you pay for the next one. Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, ask for a full refund of that month.

Charged by mistake

A duplicate charge, or a renewal you meant to cancel and haven't used, is refunded in full when you ask within 30 days.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from your account's email, or reply to your Polar receipt. Card refunds are paid by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. QRIS refunds are sent by bank transfer to an Indonesian account you name. Both usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
